We believe that a face to face meeting not only gives us the opportunity to learn as much about you as possible, it gives you the opportunity to assess us. We believe that it is important for you to know that the company representing you is doing so professionally and ethically and has your best interests at heart. When a face to face interview is not possible, an in depth interview is conducted over the telephone instead.

CV Review for all Applicants: A good CV is vital as it represents you and all that youve done in your career and is usually the first thing a prospective employer sees. At Aurum International we work with you to create a document that aims to achieve 2 things:

Marketability: Our aim is to make you as marketable as possible to a prospective employer. We can achieve this by ensuring that all the relevant information, such as, performance against target, significant wins, awards etc are included in our overview form supplied with your CV.

Accessibility: It is also important to ensure that the information contained in your CV is in a readily accessible form thus allowing decision makers to quickly determine how suitable you are for their role.

Applicants only introduced with their permission: When you are looking for a new role, confidentiality is critical. Should your employer find out that you are actively seeking alternative employment it could jeopardise your current position. It is also important to know exactly where your details are being sent. The last thing you want is multiple agencies sending your CV to the same location as this merely serves to devalue your application in the eyes of the prospective employer. Thus, with each opportunity that we discuss with you, your permission, preferably in writing, is required before Aurum International will approach a target company on your behalf. This gives you control of what we do on your behalf.
